Maidao Garden , next to Qingdao University and Ocean University ,it was built in about 2004 , about 1.8 km away from your school, there are 15 high-rise buildings in this community, it is a good big community ,also has many foreigners living in it .
Now ,I happen to know a two bedroom apartment that can be short term rental ,about 5000 rmb per month , it is really cheap , and really worth , those photos is this two bedroom apartment, 110 sqm , fully furnished , 15th floor , two bedrooms , one kitchen , one bathroom ,one living room .
Well ,maybe it is a little higher than your budget ,but you can try to find some friend who can share it with you ,and also I can try to find a flatmate for you .
Well , it is just a thought ,and if you still want a sharing apartment and can accept a male or more than one flatmates ,I will try arrange some sharing apartments for you .
